SLEEPER SOFA – queen size mattress if you have to pack it in. plenty of room for air mattress too

FENCED BACKYARD – Huge fenced-in yard with hammock and seating area under the pergola
OUTDOOR DINING – 3 BBQs, outdoor seating and table, space for pop-up tables for large groups
GUEST HOUSE – converting to AirBNB soon, let us know if you need extra space. In the meantime, it is occupied by a 30 year old couple. You won’t likely see them, they are quiet and introverted, but if you do they are very polite and dog friendly.
FRONT YARD – Face west and watch a sunset while enjoying a drink at the bar built into the tree
