Neighborhood
This home is in the PERFECT location, in an upscale neighborhood right in the heart of Scottsdale. You can get to the fine dining and shopping in North Scottsdale in a few minutes, and only 15 min to Downtown and Old Town Scottsdale
The area is also home to a variety of local shops, restaurants and cafes, where you can enjoy delicious meals in a prime location
You’ll have easy access to major transportation routes, making it a convenient place to call home.

Access
Guests will have full access to everything EXCEPT THE GARAGE and the shed.
Guests will not have access to the garage for parking, storage, or any other purpose. No exceptions will be made.
Also, at this time, the driveway is occupied by the owner’s vehicle. We’re working on getting it moved, but please do not expect to be able to park in the driveway until we delete this note!
Good news though, there is free street parking right in front of the house, and you’re in a completely safe neighborhood.
